We are excited to announce that StableLab will collaborate with Livepeer to facilitate governance and support ecosystem growth. Our team will work closely with Livepeer as the Chair of the Governance Working Group (GovWork), providing strategic guidance on establishing robust governance practices and treasury stewardship for the leading decentralized video streaming protocol.
As part of our engagement with Livepeer, we will focus on the following key objectives:
Act as Chair for Livepeer's Governance Working Group, GovWork
Refine and operationalize Livepeer’s Special Purpose Entity (SPE) framework
Support the sustainable allocation of Livepeer’s onchain treasury to SPEs and other aligned ecosystem growth initiatives
Provide expertise in DAO operations and community-driven decision-making
